Write to us

One address, read by a person: support@pikk.one. We aim to reply within two working days. If you're reporting someone or you feel unsafe, say so in the subject line and we'll look at it first.

Email support

Reporting someone

Open the conversation or the profile, tap the flag icon, and tell us what happened. Reporting a match unmatches it in the same action — immediately and permanently. They can't message you again and the two of you will never be matched again.

We review every report. An upheld report bans the account. If you'd rather report by email, write to support@pikk.one with the person's display name and roughly when you matched.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We'll still be here afterwards.

Deleting your account

In the app: Profile tab → the gear icon → Delete account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm, because it cannot be undone. You're signed out immediately afterwards.

What is removed:

  • Your name, age, bio and any contact details on your profile.
  • Your photo, deleted from storage.
  • Your locations — the city you live in and any trips.
  • Your sign-in, so nobody can get back into the account. Signing up again with the same Apple or Google account starts a completely new profile.
  • The notification tokens for your devices, so nothing is ever sent to you again.

What stays, and why:

  • Messages you already sent remain visible to the person you sent them to, shown without your profile. We can't reach into someone else's conversation and rewrite it.
  • Your matches end the moment you delete, and the record that the two of you were matched is kept so you are never shown to each other again.
  • Reports filed by or about you are kept as a safety record.
  • Purchases are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

No app to hand, or you'd rather we did it? Write to support@pikk.one from the address on your account and we'll act within one month. The Privacy Policy has the full detail on what we keep and for how long.

Common problems

I can't sign in

pikk.one signs you in through Apple or Google. Check you're using the same provider you originally signed up with — a Google account and an Apple account with the same email address are two different accounts to us. If it still fails, update the app and try again, then write to us with the provider you used and the approximate date you signed up.

My photo won't upload

Check the app has permission to reach your photo library, and that you have a working connection — the upload goes straight to our storage and needs to complete in one go. Very large images are resized on your device first, so this can take a moment on a slow connection.

I'm not getting notifications

Notifications need permission at the system level and are asked for the first time you open the app. If you declined, turn them back on in your phone's settings under pikk.one. On Android, also check that battery optimisation isn't putting the app to sleep.

My city is wrong

You set your city yourself in your profile rather than it being read from your phone. Open your profile, change it, and save.

I'm a man and I have no one to choose from

That's how pikk.one works rather than a fault: your side of the app only fills up once a woman has liked you. There is no swiping to speed it up and no way to browse. Making your profile and bio worth choosing is the whole game.

I was charged for something

The only thing you can buy in pikk.one is a podium week, and it's a one-off — nothing renews, so there's nothing to cancel. All payments go through the App Store or Google Play, and your purchase history there is the record of what you bought. Refunds follow the store's policy; write to us and we'll help you take it up with them. The details are in our Terms of Service.

Anything else

Press, partnership, security disclosure or a question this page doesn't answer — support@pikk.one reaches us for all of it.
